New talent in metalworking? A reimbursement of up to €4,000 for (language) training!

Is your company affiliated with OOM and have you recently welcomed new employees (or are they starting soon)? Then a personal training budget of no less than €4,000 is waiting for them via the OOM Kickstart Scheme.

As a language training company, every day we see how crucial clear communication is in the workplace. Consider, for example:

• Flawlessly understanding (technical) safety instructions in Dutch;
• Consulting effortlessly with colleagues and customers in Dutch, English, French, or German;
• Correctly filling out daily reports or work orders.

Language training (for example, Dutch in the workplace or Business English) fits perfectly within the conditions of this Kickstart budget! This way, you not only increase safety and productivity but also ensure that your new talent immediately feels right at home and starts working independently sooner.

The key rules of the Kickstart Scheme:

• The budget is for employees who have been employed for a maximum of 1 year and have a contract of at least 24 hours;
• Applications can be submitted until December 31, 2026;
• After the first approved training request, the employee can use the personal budget for another 2 years.
